Terms and conditions (summary)

Our offer is for businesses and the self-employed only (§ 14 BGB), not for consumers. The project form is a non-binding request; the contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing or when your payment has arrived and we have started work. You pay 50% before the project starts and the rest at launch, by Stripe payment link or by invoice within 7 days. The fixed price of the package applies, and domain costs are passed on at cost. Delivery takes 14 days (Basic and Standard) or 21 days (Plus) from the day we have both your deposit and all your materials; it moves if materials or feedback arrive late. Basic includes 2 feedback rounds, Standard and Plus 3. Once you have paid in full, you receive all usage rights to the website and, on request, the source files. You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the legal texts checked. The care plan runs month to month and can be cancelled at the end of any calendar month. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence; otherwise liability is limited as set out in the German terms. German law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Berlin where permitted.
